I have nothing but superlatives to say about this agent, Alicia Henderson. This is not my first home sell or purchase in which I dealt with a realtor; but it is the first time I experienced such a display of expertise in her field. There are so many positive things I could say, so it's hard to pick just one. But I was very impressed with her communication skills. She was very articulate and communicated with me in every step of the process. Her knowledge was exceptional, as demonstrated by the expeditious manner in which she facilitated this process. She showed great initiative. During her first phone call with me, she had done her homework and knew a lot about the property which reflects her being a self-starter and one serious about her job. I said "job" but she conducted business in such a fashion that I knew she enjoyed what she was doing and really cared for me as a client. I was not just another number but a person whose interests were important to her. I strongly believe she had my best interest at heart and did everything she could to ensure things were handled expeditiously as well as professionally. I can't say enough about how I appreciated Alicia keeping me informed every step of the way. I trusted her explicitly because of our initial conversation and subsequent ones that displayed her heart. She truly loves people and it shows. I was totally pleasantly surprised with her gift of kindness shown to me at closing. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities are outstanding and I have been telling people about her and recommending her highly to them. She went over, above, and beyond in getting the done in less than a month. I am a senior and not technology savvy, so she ended up doing more work than she should have had to do because my computer and I were not getting along so she assisted me with completing those things and even personally printed off documents and brought them to my house. I realize she didn't have to do it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
