We first met Alicia through a relative whom she helped buy her house and came highly recommended. She helped us buy our new home. The process was quick and easy. Her knowledge of the local area and her extensive contact list of quality contractors helped us easily take care of some large repairs on our fixer upper. So, we used her again to sell our old home. Even in a down market, she was able to find a buyer in less than 2 weeks of being on the market.
