When I purchased my first home, Alicia Gazo was my realtor. I was impressed by how organized Alicia was while keeping track of the unbelievable amount of paperwork involved. She was also able to keep the seller's realtor, the title company, the lender, inspectors, etc. on track for the faster transaction I needed. Also, once I had found a house I really liked, Alicia took it upon herself to look into more houses that were on the market to give me more options. I ended up deciding on a different house with the same exact floor plan in the same neighborhood, but had better updates and was actually cheaper than the house I was originally going to decide on. I'm very satisfied with how everything went. Alicia made it easy and stress free.
