Prior to real estate, Alicia was a Network Television News Producer and Public Relations Account Executive. Upon graduating from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Broadcast Journalism she immediately began her career at CBS. Alicia spent 17 years in television news and then took her expertise to the world of Public Relations where she excelled in getting her clients exposure through broadcast, print and social media. All of this prior experience gives her the skills to use video, social media marketing and public relations to sell your home. Alicia was born and raised in Kansas City but has spent her adult life living in Bridgewater as well as many other parts of New Jersey, including Millburn, West Orange, Livingston and Springfield giving her that extra area knowledge to help buyers. Alicia has an effective combination of Midwestern charm and Northeastern tenacity that has served her clients well. She has also been an active volunteer in many of the local community organizations for years, having served on the Boards of the Bridgewater Arts Committee and The Education Foundation of Bridgewater-Raritan. Alicia is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) and one of only 30 New Jersey Statewide Realtors who has earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®) certification.
