Alicia worked directly with the contractors and other service providers watching them closely to make sure the work was done properly and at a fair price (she obtained multiple quotes for the work and negotiated on my behalf). She communicatd with the HOA, obtaining approvals as required and nudging them when necessary. She put in countless hours doing everything possible to sell my unit and in the and achieved an outstanding result in tough circumstances. When potential buyers had unreasonable requests, she successfully pushed back. She encouraged me to hold out for better offers and to counter as appropriate and her strategy worked very well. Alicia is very responsive and resourceful and clearly had my best interests in mind in all her actions. She is also very nice and thoughtful.
