I would never relinquish research or legwork to another, but she was there for us time and time again with vetted and trusted vendors, when needed. We were truly satisfied with our whole team! This was an investment property purchase – so we had some experience with buying a house in the past. That being said, her knowledge and ability to manage expectations would make her a great choice for a 1st time home buyer. Working with Alicia has been a dream. She helped me find the perfect starter home to build my new life in and was a blast to work with! She listens carefully to what her buyers are looking for and is ready to respond with finding you exactly what you are looking for. We spent 3 days going house to house looking. When issues popped up she was on top of it, fought for my best interests, kept me grounded when need be, and kept my hopes up when I thought my dream home was out of reach. If she didn’t have the answer right then she got it ASAP and kept me fully in the loop of everything every step of the way.
