Coming from another City to check out the Community of Patterson, Alicia was the Fist Person we encountered and she made us Feel welcomed and more easy going towards asking questions about real estate. She gave us a rundown of the City, how the community was and what to expect if we were going to decide to purchase a home in the area. She was available at all times when we were able to come down and check out homes and accessible for any questions we had. She didn’t put pressure on us towards buying a home, rather she made her self one of us and tried to pick out what could be our next home. Alicia is the best in the game she came ready to get us into a home. She went above and beyond to get us credits for closing cost and to get our roof fixed. I was with a different lender n realtor but decided to go with Alicia and Will and omg the nicest people and got us approved for an extra 100k more than the previous people I was with.
