Alicia sold us our home in Fishers almost 3 years ago. We were new to greater Indianapolis area and knew nothing about the various areas. She was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each area, and found us a great property. Even after the sale, she stayed in regular touch with us and we called on her many times for recommendations on people and companies to use for upgrades and general maintenance. When it was time for us to move, we employed her as our agent once again. The thought of ever hiring someone else never even crossed our minds because she’s so great! She helped ensure our home was ready once listed, and was very supportive throughout the process. Our home sold in less than a week. The only reason we didn’t get to have her help on the purchase of our new home is because it is outside of her operating area, but she hooked us up with a great broker in her company who works in our new city. If we ever move back to the greater Indianapolis area, we wouldn’t hesitate to call on her expertise once again. She’s absolutely fantastic and we just cannot say enough nice things about her, or how much we relied on her over the past 2+ years.
