Alicia started very well and strong. She went over details and expectations well. She was always professional and friendly. Although it is not required with agent, my expectation of agent being more attentive or updating regularly, she did not. She was out of town on several of our conversations and/or not available. I called her from time to time to get statuses. Of course there may have not been much activity, but I expected more communication. But overall, Alicia did her job. I do thank her for outcome.
