Alicia is an amazing realtor who takes time to support and assure things go as smoothly as possible. She is professional and has genuine care and concern for her clients. I experienced a lot of anxiety and confusion during the process but she was patient and comforting. Alicia always took the time to explain what I didn’t understand. I chose to use her again for the sale when it came time to move out of state because of the great job she did with the purchase. I have recommended her to family!

Alicia is very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. She is an experienced home-buyer, and always pointed out important details and suggested home characteristics and upgrades that I could not have thought of myself. There was never an occasion that she did not respond same-day, and she always worked with my finance's and my schedule to tour listed homes, even when the pandemic was at its height. Alicia took care of everything during the offer phase, and even recommended a lender, who I ended up using, because my bank was slow to respond to my inquiries. When we found our house she went above and beyond with any and all questions and issues that arose and we closed without a hitch. Although we didn't end up buying one, Alicia showed us off-market homes, which I was very impressed with. I highly recommend Alicia for anyone's home purchasing/selling needs!
