It is such a pleasure to write this review for Alicia Blackburn, who was our agent this past summer for the purchase of our new home in South Redondo Beach… Alicia has now helped us find both our first “home” (a townhouse) and our first HOME, and she has to take a lot of the credit for our being so fortunate to get both of these properties. Her positive and professional persistence opened the door on our townhouse, as she was the first call the selling agent made when the place fell out of escrow. On the new house this past summer, she charmingly made it more than clear to everyone at the brokers open that this house was her buyers and they may as well leave! Guiding us through a quick offer submission within a day, with great communication with the selling agent, we were able to take the home off the market before the open house that weekend even came. Escrows on both places were seamless, and we were so impressed with Alicia’s growth as an agent in the five years since our previous purchase, as she deftly navigated us through the ins and outs of escrow on the purchase. In addition to her professionalism, her passion for finding people a home to grow their family is reflective of her own drive as a mother and the relationships she builds with her clients, as you truly feel every purchase is guided by someone who is essentially part of your family!
