Alice Tomkins Haltom

I was very impressed with Alice. She was very thorough in everything she did. She started with making sure I understood the market and was great at comparing other listings that were similar to mine. While on the market she made sure to check in frequently with how the house was doing with showings and we discussed what our next steps would be. This sell could have been much more stressful than it was thanks to Alice. I lived out of state and wanted to get it on the market quickly. She was instrumental in making it happen. When we had repairs to do she was the one meeting the people at the house so it could be accomplished. She went above and beyond for me. I have sold homes before and I have to say she was the best. She honestly is top notch at what she does and I would HIGHLY recommend her. If you want your house to sell quickly, Alice will do everything she can to make that happen.

Alice was and has continued to be an absolute pleasure to work with. She always has my best interest in mind. It was very clear her style and process used was to ensure I received the best deal possible for me on my sale and on the flip side - the purchase of my next home. She worked diligently to find a home for me in the style and area I liked (which we all know is quite the task in this housing market!) I would see multiple emails with leads come through everyday with homes that she has filtered/catered to my expressed interests. I will continue to work with Alice on all of my future real estate transactions! She even put me in contact with the lender I have been using for years now!
