Alice always communicated with me in a professional manner, throughout the entire purchase process. If I had a question, she would always get back to me immediately. She was able to respond to me about questions I had about the current Real Estate market. And would always inform me what the next leg of the purchase process would be. She was receptive to my ideas when preparing an offer, but suggesting items, of advantage to me, that I did use. With my limited computer skills, she did explain the Docusign process to me, and I was able to use the system throughout the process with minimal assistance. When my offer was accepted and an inspection of the property was conducted, she immediately took up issues we deemed needing correction, with the seller's agent. And all items for correction were dealt with to my satisfaction. Assisting me in obtaining all the documents I needed to achieve loan approval; we were able to close escrow sooner than expected. The day I took possession of my new home, Alice was there, handing me my keys and congratulating me on my purchase. She still kept working for me and was able to obtain answers to questions I had of the HOA that I wasn't able to obtain. I believe that due to Alice's knowledge of the real estate market, her unwavering professionalism, even when I loss composure, made my purchase experience entirely stress free.
