Alice was referred by my State Farm Agent, Mariela Leon. Going with Alice for the sale of our commercial apartments was the best decision we made! I feel confident that she has our best interest in mind. She walked us through the entire process and discussed all options with us. She is a realtor that will go above and beyond for her clients. She’s a gem!!!

Alice is a very good realtor who gave 100% of herself to sale my father's townhouse. She was there from the beginning to end of the probate sale. Dealing with the homeowner's association and solving endless problem's that occurred due to the probate. She is an awesome realty and person! I am so happy that my lawyer referred her to me!

Due to lack of estate planning and the courts wanting confirmation from the heirs, there ended up being 10 heirs on title for my late grandmother's property. Also, the property needed to be sold AS IS. Alice from the very beginning said this would be a niche sale to investors who could make all cash offers. Covid closed the courts as our lawyer worked to get the heirs on title. Once they opened, they moved at a snails pace. It took 4 years for all the pieces to come together. Once together, Alice quickly moved to get the investors into the property, then quickly moved to get us into escrow. Once in escrow, all 10 heirs had to align and perform. Alice was great about communicating with the heirs, and nudging them when needed. The upside of the four year process is that the property almost doubled in price. Alice got us top dollar for the sale of my grandmothers property which the heirs are very happy about. I highly recommend Alice for any real estate transaction you may have.

Alice continued to multi-task the various aspects of sale preparation and execution until we closed with our goal price. Alice was attentive to details, answered all questions, and addressed my concerns with an upbeat, positive attitude. I benefited from her clear and forthright way of communicating. It was a wonderful, confident feeling throughout the whole process. Alice was 100 percent responsible for that.

Alice was a awesome Realtor. She went above and beyond to get the house we wanted in this crazy market conditions! My family won't have done it without her. She guided us with the process with her years of experience. She always answer our questions, explains everything in order for us to reach a very sound decision, you won't be left in the shadows with her! We didn't have any problem with communication, I can call her anytime! I highly recommend Alice with all your housing market needs.
