Due to lack of estate planning and the courts wanting confirmation from the heirs, there ended up being 10 heirs on title for my late grandmother's property. Also, the property needed to be sold AS IS. Alice from the very beginning said this would be a niche sale to investors who could make all cash offers. Covid closed the courts as our lawyer worked to get the heirs on title. Once they opened, they moved at a snails pace. It took 4 years for all the pieces to come together. Once together, Alice quickly moved to get the investors into the property, then quickly moved to get us into escrow. Once in escrow, all 10 heirs had to align and perform. Alice was great about communicating with the heirs, and nudging them when needed. The upside of the four year process is that the property almost doubled in price. Alice got us top dollar for the sale of my grandmothers property which the heirs are very happy about. I highly recommend Alice for any real estate transaction you may have.
