I'm Alice Leeper, a full-time residential REALTOR with RE/MAX Boone Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Boone County and Mid-Missouri. I specialize in helping first-time home sellers, move-up buyers, and relocating professionals who want clear guidance and steady support in a fast-changing market. I love to serve clients in Columbia, Hallsville, Ashland, Harrisburg, and Boonville.
Although I was born in Columbia, I grew up in a military family and spent much of my childhood in Germany, Washington D.C., and San Antonio while my father served as a Pathologist in the U.S. Air Force. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and later spent nearly two decades in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. That experience strengthened my communication, organization, and technology skills, all of which shape the way I guide clients through major real estate decisions.
I returned to Columbia in 2004 and have been a licensed Missouri real estate agent since then. I hold a Missouri Broker-Salesperson license. I was selected by my peers as the 2021 REALTOR Salesperson of the Year for the Columbia Board of REALTORS.
I now currently serve as the 2026 President of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS (formerly the Columbia Board of REALTORS) and Team Leader of Hometown COMO Group at RE/MAX Boone Realty. I am also active in local housing and policy discussions through the Chamber of Commerce and various city committees.
Outside of real estate, I love reading mysteries and historical romances, quilting with the Booneslick Trail Quilters Guild, traveling internationally, and scuba diving when time allows.
My approach is simple: clear communication, thoughtful planning, and steady support from the first conversation to closing. Whether you are selling your first home, relocating to Columbia, or preparing for your next move, I am here to help you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
