I was referred to Alice Lance by a very good friend of mine. That good friend told me “I’ve known Alice for years and she will take good care of you”. That good friend was right! Beyond being a realtor that knows how to take care of business and get things taken care of quickly, Alice is the type of person that you feel like you’ve known your whole life even after just meeting her, she treats you with respect and love as if you’re family. Throughout the biggest portion of my experience I was only reachable by phone but Alice was able to work around every obstacle to successfully seal the deal and take care of everything for me! Other than a few scribbles of ink on my end, the experience was hands off and SIMPLE. Alice will forever be my NC Realtor!
