Alice was very helpful and was available for questions any time. She did a lot for us in organizing the documents for the financing. Due to the Covid crisis the interaction with the financing was amost all electronic and Alice was really above and beyond with her efforts.

Alice is not only on top of her game, but very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. My fiance and I was very picky with what we wanted (the house needs to face a certain way - typical feng shui stuff), but she never complained and was very patient . She was always available in every time of day to answer any questions we had. She made sure we had pre-approval letters to ensure we are strong candidates when we put in an offer. After finding the home that we absolutely LOVE, putting in our first offer, in which she had negotiated with the seller, our offer got accepted.
