Alice really went above and beyond for us. We relocated from out of state and we were so lucky to find Alice. She puts clients needs before her own and it shows. She showed us probably close to 15 houses one of which she got up first thing in the morning to show us remotely. She was always happy to help, sweet and just a really wonderful person. She even helped negotiate a lower interest rate between a few lenders which no one else does. Alice is a fantastic agent! From the first day she was available to answer all our questions and to make sure our selling and buying experience was a superior one. We feel like we won the realtor lottery by signing with Alice to be our buyers agent! She was always there to answer questions and guide as along. We expanded our search to an area (Beaufort, SC) that Alice wasn't very familiar with. That being said, she rose to the challenge and quickly became familiar with the area. We found an off market property, that we heard, the owners might be getting transferred soon. My wife and I tried contacting the owners but no response. We told Alice about the property and that is may be coming on the market soon. After a few attempts to reach the owners, Alice made contact!!!! We had given up hope on this property but Alice pulled through and after a few days we had a contract. The rest of the transaction was smooth sailing, of course with Alice as our captain, why wouldn't it be?? This was our easiest purchases ever! We recommend to anyone looking for an agent to consider working with Alice, you will not be disappointed!!!

Alice is amazing. She will go look at a house with you at a drop of a hat. I had a blast deciding what house was best for me. She is a true southern girl, got down a dirty with me when I had a flat tire. Would recommend her to anyone that is looking.
