Alice Duffy

Alice has restored my faith in real estate agents. I’ve previously engaged agents for both leasing and purchasing homes. All of them made me feel like I was just a commission to them and did the bare minimum to get me into a house so they could get paid. Not Alice! She went above and beyond as my buyer’s agent. She scheduled multiple day of showings for me, explained each step in the process, provided me with multiple inspector options, got me in touch with a local lender to get pre-approved and avoid a delay once I found a home to purchase, and provided answers to my numerous questions. She even scheduled roofers to provide estimates for me! Not only does she know what she’s doing, she’s a delight to work with. Should the need for a real estate agent arise again, I will definitely be calling Alice. You should too!
