Alice listed and sold my dad’s house in Panama City Beach, Florida recently and was so amazing! I live out of state, so I wasn’t able to physically be there, but she was so helpful and took care of everything for us! We had some challenges, but she was super patient and attentive and helped us overcome. She is a top agent and I highly recommend her and her fabulous team!

Alice was an outstanding agent throughout what turned out to be a very challenging transaction. She was professional, responsive, and always kept communication open between us, the sellers, the lender, the title company, and the HOA. Even when unexpected financing and underwriting issues arose, she remained patient, proactive, and worked hard to keep everyone moving toward a successful closing. I especially appreciated her transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to advocate for both parties while keeping the transaction on track. She consistently followed up, provided timely updates, and helped navigate several obstacles that were outside of her control. I would not hesitate to work with Alice again in the future and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy real estate agent.

Alice was amazing from beginning to end. We had our unit on the market for a year before switching to Alice and we were pending in about 30 days. We had some bumps along the way with closing on time (at no fault of Alice's) and she was amazing at keeping us updated and providing reassurance throughout the process. Alice was the listing agent on a property we wanted to see. I wasn’t represented by an agent so asked if she could show me the unit on her own. She was happy to do so and was able to schedule it a few hours later. When we met her we instantly knew we liked her a lot, and asked her to represent us as buyers. We did not plan to be tied to one person as I have lots of experience with home sales but after our first meeting my wife and I instantly said we should link with Alice. She was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, always with prompt replies to any question. And that was just for when we were looking around. Once we placed an offer, Alice handled the negotiations like an expert. Listening to my thoughts, sharing hers and I felt that we worked as a team. She wasn’t dominating or pushing the negotiations to make the sale, she was truly my teammate. After we reached an agreement with the seller Alice was there for every step from contracting, inspection items, and closing. Always providing expert knowledge and support. I almost never give reviews but you as the reader should know how good she is, how much we appreciate her support and how lucky we were to have met her.

Alice was AMAZING! She was quick with follow up, always kind, and always had the answers. I would use her again and again!
