Alice is amazing!! I have already recommended her to friends and family. This was my wife's and my first time house hunting. She responded to my inquiry about a property immediately and worked around our schedule for the showing. She quickly and accurately answered all of our first time buyer questions (which I had a ton of) and even walked us through the entire process. When negotiating she continuously spoke with us about comfort levels and thoughts, and ended up landing us a wonderful price on a house we truly love. On top of all this, during the time frames where we were waiting reports or for the closing date to approach she very sweetly reached out to see if we had any questions or needed any help with anything. My family loved working with her and seeing her! Alice and her team of recommendations are just phenomenal! We are very thankful for all the help and support! She truly provided a very easy and joyful buying experience.
