Alice is a brilliant, dedicated, and professional real estate agent. She helped us buy our house in October 2012. At that time, We lived in central NJ, contemplating my retirement, and wanted to relocate to Knoxville TN. Our preferrence of Knoxville was entirely based on internet reseaech. We had never visited TN before. We needed a smart and honest agent who could help us sort out localities and regions and optimize our wish list to find our new home. We called several agents, but were mostly asked to leave a message to be never returned. But then we found Alice. She was always ready to talk as we needed. She was asways pleasant and full of enthuisam to show properties, find answers, help find the dream house we were looking for.
