Alice helped me find the house that I was looking for. When I moved from one side of Windermere to the opposite side of town, Alice helped me find a home that fit my requests. She is skilled not only in locating properties but also highly skilled in finance and negotiations. She questions everything and seeks answers quickly. She is well respected and known in the community and amongst her peers which helped us when the property I finally purchased came available at an acceptable price! Alice also stuck with me while I shopped for what I wanted and was highly respectful of my time due to my busy schedule. I gave Alice five stars on this survey because she truly deserves it!
