We are from out of state and needed a house ASAP. Ali took down our wants and needs for a new home and searched for them. She showed us several homes that we could choose from. If something didn't feel right about a home, she let us know and had another house waiting to look at. She fights for the buyers and doesn't let anything slip past her. She was there from beginning to end. She always had an answer for every question. If she didn't know the answer, she got it for us quickly. She always answered her phone or email, no wait time at all. Ali was very professional at all times on all levels. I communicated with her almost everyday from the time we put in our bid to the time we closed escrow and got our keys. We would recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy a home. Even after the close of our home, we needed some help with contacts to help with some things that needed to be fixed. She had answers and phone numbers for that too. Ali was very knowledgeable about the real estate market, the city, surrounding areas, septic tanks, sink holes, utilities, HOAs, etc. Being out of state, we had a lot of questions about everything and she had answers for them all. Again, if you are in need of a realtor, Ali is the person we would definitely recommend!
