My fiance and I met Ms. Ali in December of 2022 and from our very first meeting she displayed a warmth from the heart as if she were an old friend, but, a sharp awareness of the details of each listing, We must have seen at least 15 listings in 6 months, and she was always ahead of the market demonstating her experience a strong determination to abide by our needs as well as enduring through those of the sellers during this lengthy process. She was always reminding us of our rights and sympathetic to our choices and options. She has a caring spirit that made us feel like we were her only clients, which is rare in today's take it or leave it world. I sincerely hope we stay in touch, for we now consider her a trusted family friend.

My wife and I were visiting from California and just looking at homes in the area when we saw a home that instantly captured our hearts and imagination. We knew we had to have this home! She helped us negotiate favorable purchase terms and guided us through the NY State process, which is very different from California. Ali was outstanding during all phases of our transaction, whether it involved informing us of NY real estate procedures or providing emotional and spiritual support during what was a very difficult qualification process for us. There were a few moments where we needed the seller to be flexible, and Ali was able to speak to the seller's agent and massage the situation so we could proceed. In addition to being a stellar agent, Ali told us all sorts of helpful things about the community, local businesses and good, honest contractors. It's hard to think of anything you would want from an agent that Ali did not provide. She was responsive, informative, professional and good humored. The experience was so positive that we (politely) demanded that Ali be our first new friend in our new neighborhood. We have nothing but wonderful things to report about her.
