Alan is an excellent communicator. He has a lot of patience.
He explained each step of the process in detail. When I emailed Alan with a question, he replied back to me so quickly. What made him standout is that he would also send me a reminder to sign a form. I felt so comfortable working with Alan because of his years of experience. I highly recommend him as an agent.
