We had not narrowed down the location or type of home that our family needed, like most people we were a bit clueless on how to start. But when we meet Alfonso we notice his professionalism and the knowledge he has in the market and felt comfortable working with him. Where does one start when talking about a relator that goes above and beyond for his clients. Alfonso is the real deal. A couple of months ago I encountered Alfonoso from the Facebook platform. I received several different realtors trying to recruit me as a client. Alfonoso stood out of the pack, he presented us with a great power point presentation explaining the process and what he offers to his clients. At the beginning of our house search we were not sure if we wanted to buy during this time with high interest rates. Alfonoso was very patient and provided us with several options of homes in different areas. I felt that he took pride in his work and put the clients first. He was with us every step of the way, going to every meeting with the builder. He represented us even when there were times, we could not make the meetings due to our busy schedule. He always made himself always available. I called him all the time, he probably got tired of me, if he did it never showed. He was a sound voice through all the chaos with the builder. The were many times where I wanted to throw in the towel, I saw a house I wanted but someone purchased it, and I was devastated. Alfonoso told me to hang in there because there is another house out there for you, which he was right I keep looking and found a home that fit the need for our family. If you’re looking for a realtor to have your best interested and advocate for you, he is your guy. Not only is he a great realtor, but an overall good person. We connected with Alfonso after requesting more information from a builder’s website, and he offered to meet with us over coffee to explain the steps involved in purchasing a home. Alfonso was informative and answered all of our questions, but it was several months before we were ready to see if we could pre-qualify for a mortgage. He checked in with us a few times during those months, and reassured us that we could overcome almost all obstacles with a bit of patience and effort—his continually calm and professional demeanor throughout the process kept us moving toward our goal, even when we encountered momentary roadblocks. After we pre-qualified and began looking at homes, Alfonso showed us any home we were interested in from Buda to Georgetown, and as first time home buyers he often alerted us to potential red flags we might not be aware of. He listened carefully to our comments about each house we saw, and never tried to hard-sell us on any house, though he would often point out why certain houses were better deals than others. He learned what we liked and didn’t like, what aspects we felt we needed and what we could live without, and he was quickly able to recommend properties that were in line with our needs. We made offers on a few houses, some of which fell through for various reasons, but Alfonso made it clear that this was all a normal part of the process. We also had a major hiccup after we made an offer and it was accepted, when one of us had to switch jobs and was unemployed for a couple of weeks. He helped us extend our option period to give us time to deal with our situation, and again reassured us that he’d had other buyers in our situation, and let us know that even if it didn’t resolve in time, it wasn’t the end of the world and we could try again. Alfonso is the reason we now own our first home—his calm, confident professionalism kept us moving forward through all of the twists and turns of the process. We highly recommend him!
