Alexis work was exceptional at many levels. at the time I hired her to sell my second house in AZ, it was occupied by a tenant who had trashed the house. I live outside AZ and she went above and beyond helping with all aspects of getting the house ready for sale. From planning on repair-cleaning, inspection when the tenant moved out, and recommending on items to replace.
