Alexis work was exceptional at many levels. at the time I hired her to sell my second house in AZ, it was occupied by a tenant who had trashed the house. I live outside AZ and she went above and beyond helping with all aspects of getting the house ready for sale. From planning on repair-cleaning, inspection when the tenant moved out, and recommending on items to replace. We brought the house to a great shape in a couple of months and listed it at the right market value per her recommendation and had our first offer on day 2 and closed in about 3 weeks! We had quite a long build time but Alexis' professionalism kept us up to date on everything from the day the builders broke ground to the day of closing. Alexis checked up on our new build process frequently and even made us a photo album of our home's progress. She is an awesome agent.
