It was a really great experience, initially it didn’t feel like that as first time home buyers we struggled to get an offer accepted but thankfully with the help of Ally and her team they were able to get us on a great path of putting in an offer on our home. We absolutely love our house and I think that if we had any other agent we wouldn’t have found our home. Ally had the best attitude the entire time even when we had doubt she was positive. When we initially came to see our home, there were tenants and Ally expressed to us how difficult it can be to picture us in a home while others live in it but we still fell in love and we really appreciate how open minded and calm she was throughout this experience. Especially when the sellers end wasn’t the best to work with, Ally never made us doubt her or question her ability to do her job!

No matter what the issue may have been or we needed questions answered, Ally was always on the ball. She takes great consideration for the people she works with. She’s such a understanding and kind person. We highly recommended her to anyone searching for a new home!

My husband and I were first time buyers and Ally made sure to walk us through any and all confusing topics so that we weren’t lost and could be fully involved in the process!! She not only put up with my millions of questions at questionable hours, but she did so quickly and happily. She was able to negotiate and solve all of our concerns with the house to the sellers. Alexis was very approachable and nice when we had first met her. She helped us decide to buy instead of rent and immediately began to help us look for homes. She was very helpful in that process. My only thing is I do wish that there were some more things we would have been informed about being first time homebuyers. I did not know you needed to set the trash up and what not which are conmen sense things but we were unaware of them. Other than that, she did a great job and we love our home. Thanks Ally!

Being a first time home owner with no clue of what to expect, Ally has been a huge help! Not only did she help us find our home, but she went in depth of the process and helped us focus on our future since we are military. She is down to Earth and an extreme pleasure to work with.
