Alexis is the best! When looking for a home in LA patience is the key. The process took nearly a year with a couple of breaks during the search. During the entire time, Alexis was encouraging and had a positive attitude. My wife and I meet Alexis while looking for a home to rent in the Sherman Oaks area. She showed us many places, but nothing felt right. Eventually we took a break from looking for a while then returned with a plan to buy instead of rent. Alexis was super helpful with this as well. She recommended a mortgage consultant who walked us through the loan process. Once we had a price range, Alexis and her partner Nazy Maghboli showed us beautiful homes every weekend. They did a great job of finding homes within our budget and gave valuable advice for making offers on multi-bid properties. The competitive housing market can really be draining. She was always there with a pep talk after being outbid and recommending breaks in the house hunting process when we got overwhelmed. When we eventually found the home of our dreams she continued to be helpful. She wanted to make sure that we got the most out of our new home. She recommended restaurants & shops nearby, gave us contact information for contractors in case we wanted to expand our home, and perhaps most importantly recommendations on pool builders so we can beat the summer heat!
