I had a great experience with Alexis. My property wasn't what you would call a normal property. It was in a gated community, great location and schools but was a custom home especially constructed if you like cars and wine. The property had some challenges that turned off some potential buyers. Steep driveway, on a canal, stairs, water treatment facility out my back window...to say the least some challenges to overcome. She showed my home so many times , that I lost count. Alexis brought in her Team of partners to review the issues and came back to me with some solutions to help sell my property. I made all of the changes that they suggested, even painting my home interior completely white, which I truly hated. TOO STERILE. Eventually I took a contingent, contingent deal...yes... you read that correctly, and she closed 3 deals on a Friday...many said that it couldn't be done, but she pulled it off. I was tired of living in a hotel in Tempe. I would tell anyone to use her, she will exceed your expectations!
