Alexis was a powerhouse agent from the beginning. She impressed us on the first meeting with her preparation and knowledge of the market. While we thought her suggested list price was lofty, we trusted her expertise. Not only did she get us list price, she got us over that price by tens of thousands. We believe she achieved this goal by offering top notch marketing. Although we were in a hot sellers market, she still had our house and carpets professionally cleaned, and did amazing photos/videos/virtual walk thru. She even had drone footage taken of our property and neighborhood. The marketing was so good that our buyers purchased site unseen! We would recommend Alexis over and over again.
