Alexis stepped in as our agent after we had a bad experience with our first. We were first home buyers and Alexis was eager to guide us through the process. Our desired location for our home changed halfway through the process and Alexis showed her dedication by sticking with us despite the new location being ~1.5 hours away from where she resides - she went as far as traveling that distance on a weekly basis with zero complaint. Alexis handled EVERYTHING for us. Our situation caused several hurdles and Alexis got us through every single one of them - if it weren't for her, we would have quit weeks ago.
