I live in California and own a studio apartment...
I live in California and own a studio apartment in Kips Bay Towers in New York City. We have owned the studio for 26+ years and are retired and with the pandemic decided to rent it. Needless to say with the pandemic, apartments have become quite difficult to rent. Alexis was FANTASTIC! Honest, intelligent , caring and most of all found a tenant with the "best fit" for us as well as for the tenant. I have the utmost respect for Alexis and definitely will use her in the future.
