Alexis staged our house and handled all the signage and the open house. You notice I said "the open house" because we only needed to do a single open house. Because of the wonderful job Alexis did we had offers coming in BEFORE the date of the scheduled open house. To be fair to others, we permitted the open house to take place and a day later we sat on multiple offers.
