Alexis staged our house and handled all the signage and the open house. You notice I said "the open house" because we only needed to do a single open house. Because of the wonderful job Alexis did we had offers coming in BEFORE the date of the scheduled open house. To be fair to others, we permitted the open house to take place and a day later we sat on multiple offers. Alexis helped to create such "buzz" about the property that a few applicants sent in letters to us along with their offer. In the end, we were able to sell the house for a good price and had the ability to pick buyers that were a wonderful family. What more could you ask for but a professional, yet personable broker to handle your real estate needs?
