He gives good, solid advice, because he has the experience and knowledge to lead you to what is best for you in any given situation. We were first time buyers, so we needed most facets of the process explained to us (several times). We told him how much money we had and what we were looking for and he went to work! He helped us buy our first home within a seller's market, in the middle of a pandemic (no less) AND we closed within 30 days! I can't say enough good things about Alexi. He exceeded my expectations. I am a first time buyer and Alexi was able to help my mother and me find the right home for us. I didn't fully understand the process about buying a house and Alexi was patient and helpful in assisting my mother and me. Alexi is very knowledgeable and was always sharing the information he knows to find the best home for us. Alexi was always checking in on us and reachable to answer any questions we had. I first met Alexi in the beginning of September at an Open House in my neighborhood. I was interested in that house, but unfortunately, I knew that the house he was showing was out of my price range. After telling Alexi that the house he was showing that day was a little bit too expensive for me, Alexi had a list of homes in my area and desired zip codes that had just went on sale, along with the addresses and prices within my means. I must say that no other realtor has ever done that for me. Usually realtors that I have come across try to sell homes that are within their own network. Alexi then showed me and my mom about 4 different homes within the next few weeks. He was very flexible with meeting us at the desired homes and he was also very polite and knowledgeable about the process of escrow and he kept me updated everyday with emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend Alexi for anyone trying to buy any property.

Funny thing is that I really was not in the market for a home at the time. Received a random call from Alexi (this is another story), asked him a ton of questions and 1-1/2 month later, escrow is done. When people have asked about how quick my situation went, I just share some of my story and forward Alexi's information. I know for a fact that he has help some of the people that i have recommended. To the date, Alexi still calls and checks in with me. Without a doubt, very helpful and professional.
