Alex went above and beyond for our family. I had a very specific list of what we were looking for and she did not give up until we found what we wanted. Even more, she made it happen in such a short amount of time. She fought so hard for us when hiccups happened along the way and made sure that our family was well taken care of. She explained, in depth, step by step the entire process ahead of time and in real time. She was very transparent with everything we were doing and had a very good way of calming nerves when anxiety arose. Alex is extremely reliable and up front. I don’t do sugar coating and Alex knew that going in to things. She was able to meet the level of abruptness and transparency that I needed. She was able to communicate very quickly and fluently to me especially when I had questions about certain things. She was ALWAYS quick to fit me in to her schedule to go do a showing or paperwork. Alex went above and beyond and I will forever and always recommend her to do any selling, buying, or rentals to everyone I know.
