Although she is a new realtor, she really had a good grasp on the “process”, from the paperwork to the coordination with the title company , to the closing. She explained everything without making it sound like she was talking down to me. A total professional. Alex was always an optimist, always upbeat, even when I felt like finding the right home was impossible. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in El Paso.
