We worked with Lexi on 2 separate transactions… a sale and purchase that were within 2 weeks of each other. Lexi is extremely knowledgeable. Being out-of-state buyers, she was able to guide us through some items we were unsure how to proceed with. On the seller side, at one point, we had decided to remove the listing when Lexi explained a few scenarios that helped us, comfortably, with absolutely no pressure, reevaluate our concerns. The sale took place exactly as we hoped. Her keep-it-real attitude and great sense of humor, makes her approachable even when she’s representing the opposite party on a sale or purchase.
