Alexandre went ABOVE and BEYOND

Alexandre Zapparoli was the BEST realtor I could have hoped for. He anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on his face and expert advice. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of our first home in Winter Garden-FL seamless. We feel so blessed that he was our realtor. I was quite nervous about the process of selling my first house, considering I was living in Boca Raton-FL, almost 200 miles away during the entire process. Alex walked me through step-by-step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. Alex was flexible in negotiating with my former tenant, living in the house with his whole family. In the end, Alex got my house under contract in less than 24 hours after he organized the first open house. Also, he coped with unexpected issues that I had with running water service, garbage collection, and lawn just a few hours before the buyer's final inspection. I cannot recommend Alexandre Zapparoli highly enough. His professionalism, expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make him a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to purchase or sell a home.
