As a first time homebuyer, it was critical for us to have a realtor who not only understood the market, but who could also guide us through the many unexpected aspects involved from offer to close. Alex's experience was evident throughout the process and she not only thoroughly explained new items to us each step of the way, but also simplified things that could otherwise be very confusing even for someone who has gone through the home buying process before.
