I had the pleasure of working with Alex for buying my townhome in Sunnyvale. As someone who recently moved to California, the real estate market was very different than others I have experienced. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping navigate the market and come up with offers that were always very close to the final selling price of where a house would be and would always give her honest opinion if she thought something was not a good purchase. On top of that, she was able to help me find a temporary place to rent while I was still searching for a home (since it took far longer than I had originally anticipated). All in all I would definitely recommend Alex as I would definitely use her again next time I buy/sell a place!

Alexandra Wilbur provided essential help in getting my property ready for listing. She was able to prepare the property in a short amount of time. The documents that had to be completed to list the house were done expediently. As a result, we were able to put the house on the market within a week. During the open house, she managed concurrent offers with aplomb. There were numerous contingencies before closing the deal that required coordinating with a contractor.
