For instance, she called me one day to make sure the insurance for my new home was all set, because, she explained, a hurricane was coming and the insurance agents were going to be swamped. When we found ourselves unable to read documents and sign them electronically on our cell phones (and one of us had forgotten his cell phone!), she printed everything out on paper and met with us at our hotel to go over the details, no hurry -- and then she had to scan everything back into the computer. She has a heart, she's intuitive, and she makes everything about buying a house and relocating as easy as possible. She's a savvy agent but also a friend.

We first bought our home with Alex and she was terrific, willing to help us and work with our needs to make sure we got what we needed. That process was very simple and easy all the way through closing. Once we bought our house, it was time to sell which was stressful for us having 2 homes at once, but Alex was very understanding and was quick to get us under contract.
