About Alexandra

Our family and I moved here from PA in 1993 to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer. My wonderful husband and I have six amazing kids and two adorable grandsons. We really enjoy spending time with our family and friends. As a Mom I understand the importance for a family to find the right place to call HOME. My real estate career began in 1999 after many years doing sales, training and marketing. Once I was introduced to real estate with a local builder on developing and growing great communities in Seminole, Orange and Lake Counties I knew I had found my niche. Over the years I have been a top producer both as a Listing and Buyer's Agent trained and mentored new real estate agents, and have been honored to be awarded the Five Star Real Estate Professional award for best service in Central Florida, on the Elite list of Top Real Estate Agents in Orlando, have been written up in the best Orlando realtors in Style Magazine, and hold the Gold Key Certification as a member of the Orlando Realtor Association. Being a realtor is so much more than selling homes, it is about building long lasing relationships, the opportunity to help so many fulfill their dreams and also to reach out to the community to help those in need. I have had the honor of serving many years doing Charitable work with Children's Miracle Network, my church, Pathways to care, Kids House,and Pathways to Home, raising funds and awareness for many great causes and preparing homes for needy families in Seminole County, so that they can finally have a place to call home. I truly enjoy what I do and the wonderful people I get to work with.

I've dealt with a lot of Realtors and Alex far exceeds any of them that I have ever contacted. She was professional, precise, she she knew exactly what to look for at each house that we looked at. If I was ever to buy or sell a home again she would be my very first choice.

Alex was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We met her the first time on a Sunday afternoon when we called her about one of her listings. She was running errands at the time but met us at the house about two hours later. We didn't buy that house, but a few months later we had Alex list our house, which sold in two days, and bought a new home with her. We recommend her very highly.

I am so happy and feel lucky to have Alex as our realtor. She is not only professional, knowledgeable and experienced, but also truly cares about her clients. She spent time listening and trying her best to understand and identify our needs and wants, and shared us with her honest feedback and valuable advice. I can't even begin to express how thoroughly pleased I am with Mrs. Nordine as a realtor and human being. From the day I contacted her regarding a listing I was interested in she was there to help in every way, from negotiating to closing. Being an out of state purchaser could have made the transaction difficult but with her knowledge and expertise on the closing process everything went swift and smoothly. She was always quick to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome in our new home and state. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Nordine to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.
