Alexandra Lannen did an excellant job of pricing and staging my former residence to produce a rapid sale. The property actually sold for more than the asking price as well and the sales price exceded the Zillow Estimate. I was able to complete the sate and closing completely electronically and did not need to attend the closing. Everything went so smoothly that I will definately use Alexandra for all future realestate work. Alexandra is dedicated to the sale process and was a pleasure to work with.
