Well, it is a long story, family was moving to Florida, 3 people, so she was looking for a house for them & a house here in Florida for myself & my husband or for all of us that had separate living areas! The challenge was there, she showed us a lot of houses, 5 people have 5 different opinions so it wasn't easy but she fulfilled the task and all of us our living together in a 5Bed, 4Bath house on Merritt Island, corner lot, pool, 2 car garage, including a separate Mother in Law full unit suite! Sandy is an extremely friendly, honest, and competent person. I met her when she was the agent for a place that I had rented. Any little issue that I had with the place was fixed immediately.
