I was truly a non believer in the value of a RE...
I was truly a non believer in the value of a RE broker and grumpy at the cost. I was also convinced that I 'should' go with a broker who had sold the most homes similar to mine, but after meeting with Alex, I realized that her vision of who the buyers would be, and how to best stage the house to appeal to them was far more important. Alex worked with me at my pace, and provided support at every step. She included staging guidance and even did a ton of staging shopping (and subsequent returning) of details that supported the vision we wanted to create. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Alex.
