I had a great experience having Alex on my team as I attempted to navigate a market/region that is highly in demand. I managed my own expectations believing that the process was going to take time however Alex could read my mind and knew exactly what property I desired and what I was looking for. With that she put great options in front of me and the seeking/buying period was unbelievably quick! Couple that with entering a buying situation with a financing contingency (existing home sale) it was difficult. I had to manage my own expectations , however Alex over delivered and I felt like I was in more than capable hands! High Recommend!

We were searching for a home from out of state in a hot seller's market and Alex and Nicole went above and beyond to help us find the right house and get the deal done. In the more than six months working with them there was not a single time when one or the other of them wasn't able to drop everything for us. Their virtual tours were the best I have ever experienced, pointing out flaws and issues that were not obvious except in person and with their keen eyes. Coordination and communication between them, and with us, was always frequent and flawless. Once we moved into the negotiation and inspection phases their savvy and knowledge of the local market was invaluable. Last but not least, they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet.
