My wife and I could not have bought our first home together with out Alex! If you are looking for a new home or selling she is the person to assist you! She is a true professional, very knowledgeable in buyer/selling houses, and always responsive at all hours of the day. What makes Alex such an amazing realtor is she is very direct with builders. She will ask them questions either you did not know to ask or questions you may be too shy to ask. What we loved so much about Alex is she will absolutely fight for you, for example builders will try to cut corners when building a new house but she will make sure they are not cutting corners with you! Our newly poured driveway was destroyed and she made sure that the builder ripped it all out and re-poured the driveway again, because the builder was definitely going to leave it destroyed! Alex was always early and present to every home we looked at. Buying a new home can be a scary or uncomfortable feeling, but Alex was always there to guide us and answer any questions we had. Again Alex is AMAZING I would rate her 100/100 on here if I could, thank you so much for everything!!!

Not only did Alex Booth sell one home for us, but she sold two. We were relocating out of state and had a limited time to list and sell two homes, one home had multiple offers and Alex did an excellent job with receiving the offers and keeping us updated on the status and helped us with making the best offer selection.
