We recently worked with Alexandra to sell our property in Naples at a time when inventory was up, interest in the area was generally lagging and it was off season. Our expectations weren’t high. Alexandra had our place sold within a matter of 4 days. In addition to obvious relief of closing the sale quickly, Alexandra was very knowledgeable and helpful for a lot of the secondary aspects, eg. legal and financial constraints and requirements (we aren’t US natives).
